System status

We do not yet publish a live status page. Rather than show an indicator nothing is monitoring, here is exactly how service interruptions are handled today.

• Incidents affecting availability are communicated by email to the address on your account.
• If you believe the Service is down, write to [email protected] (opens your email app) and we will confirm whether it is a general issue.
• We do not currently offer a service level agreement, and the Service is provided as-is under Section 23 of the Terms of Service.
• Our backup, recovery and incident response commitments are set out in Annex II of the Data Processing Addendum and summarised on Trust & Security.
