1. Current Subprocessors
The third parties below process customer data on our behalf in providing the Service. Each is engaged under written data protection terms no less protective than those in our Data Processing Addendum.

Note on Connected Storage: where Customer elects to connect its own Amazon S3, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Storage, or Google Drive account, that provider is not a FileBackerz Subprocessor. Customer contracts with it directly and is the controller in respect of it. FileBackerz's obligations under the Data Processing Addendum do not extend to processing carried out by Customer's own storage provider.
2. Notice of Changes
We give customers at least thirty (30) days' notice before adding or replacing a subprocessor, and customers may object on reasonable data protection grounds within that period, as set out in Section 8 of the Data Processing Addendum.
